Instructor Bios | Roger A Kelly
Roger A. Kelly is an attorney practicing primarily in the areas of commercial and construction litigation, with special emphasis on replevin and foreclosure, bankruptcy and appellate practice. Mr. Kelly is currently a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Florida Bar, served as a law clerk for the Florida Second District Court of Appeal (1979 – 1980), and served as associate editor of the Cumberland Law Review (1979).
Mr. Kelly received his law degree from the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in 1979, summa cum laude, and his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 1973. He is admitted to practice in all Florida courts, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits.
He is a member of the Florida Bar, and the Orange County Bar Association.
