Michael Sasso Instructor Bios | Michael Sasso

For most of his 27 years of legal practice, Michael C. Sasso has devoted himself to general civil litigation with special emphasis on complex commercial litigation involving construction law and products liability. He has handled cases involving sophisticated HVAC systems and controls, centrifugal chillers, plumbing products, Ozonization upgrades of water treatment plants and fire prevention systems. His clients include electrical, mechanical and electronic security subcontractors. He has been Board Certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education since 2005.

Mr. Sasso currently is the Chair the Construction Law Board Certification Committee of the Florida Bar. He is the President of the Seminole County Bar Association. Mr. Sasso also represents the Orange County Public School System and Seminole County in construction related matters. Since 1988, Mr. Sasso has been General Counsel to the Central Florida Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors. He has also served as Chairman of the American Arbitration Association’s Central and Northern Florida Advisory Council. Mr. Sasso has earned the highest possible rating from his peers, AV, in the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings.
